AIRBUS MILITARY \/ Aeronautical<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Headquartered in Madrid (Spain), its main site is in Getafe, where Airbus civil platforms are converted into Multi Role Tanker Transport (MRTT) aircraft. The other main facility is in San Pablo, near Seville where the total production and final assembly of all new C-212s, CN-235s and C-295s takes place in a facility next to the A400M Final Assembly Line that was inaugurated in 2007.<\/p>\n

Airbus Military is the only transport aircraft manufacturer that develops, produces, sells and maintains a complete family of military and humanitarian transport aircraft, ranging from 3 to 37 tons of payload.<\/p>\n

Airbus Military is fully responsible for the A400M program, as well as the A330-derived tanker transport aircraft (MRTT), which can be equipped with a unique state-of-the-art flight-refuelling boom (ARBS). It is also responsible for any future military derivative of the civilian Airbus platform company. With a strong reputation for quality and service backed by years of proven performance, Santa B\u00e1rbara Sistemas, a business unit integrated within the European Land Systems Group of General Dynamics, is one of the leaders in the defense sector and an undisputed benchmark in the European market, as well as one of the main suppliers of systems and solutions for the Spanish Armed Forces.<\/p>\n

Headquartered in Madrid and with a workforce of 1,650 employees distributed throughout Spain, it manufactures a wide range of defense equipment, from combat vehicles to artillery systems, light weapons and ammunition. Its products have proven their efficacy in some fifty countries, including nations in the NATO area.<\/p>\n

Santa B\u00e1rbara Sistemas has four main business lines: Armored Vehicles, which develops and manufactures wheeled and tracked armored vehicles; Weapons, Ammunition and Missile Systems; and Research and Development (R&D).
