The product line includes transistors (single, dual and quad), AC inputs (single, dual and quad, as well as individual 6-pin devices), Schmitt triggers (single channel, microprocessor compatible), Darlingtons (single, dual and quad), triacs (standard and zero-crossing devices) and low-power couplers (single, dual and quad, both transistor and Darlington devices).
With features that include a CTR range of 10% to 600% for transistor detectors and a minimum of 1000% for Darlingtons detectors, isolation voltage of 7500 V, collector-emitter voltage range of 30 V to 400 V and peak triac blocking voltage up to 800 V.
Safety approved devices UL, BSI, VDE, Nemko, EN60950, 10 mm lead configurations (G shape) and SMT lead configuration (gull wing) for DIP packages.
