SIGNAL PROCESSING APPLICATIONS

Radar capabilities for all types of applications

Key capabilities include radar interface adapters, target processing and tracking, and radar video scan conversion display.

Radar Interface Adapters

Cambridge Pixel HBX radar adapters adapt primary and secondary analog radar signals.
Azimuth signal options supported include ACP, ARP, serial, parallel and synchro formats.
The digitized radar video will be available for processing.

Target Tracking and Processing

The tracking server supports multiple parameterizable processing options, such as interference suppression and range and azimuth correlation.

Raw radar video is transformed into processed radar video.

Target detections are extracted as traces characterized by position, size and intensity.

These traces correlate to form trajectories.

    Trajectory Processing Techniques

Incorrect data can be rejected using path processing techniques.
The position, velocity and direction of the actual targets can be accurately calculated.

    Distribution of Trajectory Reports

The tracking server distributes trajectory reports in SPX or Asterix CAT 48 format.
The radar video is distributed in SPX or Asterix CAT 240 format.
Distributed to multifunction consoles for viewing or recording.
